Door : Single door with inner of SS, mounted on heavy duty hinges and lock with limit switch, and silicone gasket
Trolleys : Components/Sample loading by trolley system with SS wheels. Will consist of double trolley for easy and efficient handling. The trolley is of SS angle or pipe structure. Max. Load 1000Kg. The wheels of the trolley will be of 70mm width, and the track will be of 100mm.
Shelves : The trolley will have provision for 6 adjustable shelves.
Control panel : Separate enclosed control panel with all electricals and electronics housed in it. Consisting of Process controller, Safety controller, VAF Meter, Timers and power control circuitry, floor mounting design.
Air curtain : Balanced air flow curtains on the door, to reduce heat loss on door opening, integrated to operate automatically on door opening.
