INSTRUMENT AND CONSTRUCTION


WATER BATH :


* Inner of SS 304 with


* Outer of powder coated CR sheet, with toughened glass window on both sides.


* Microprocessor based PID temperature controller,


* Motorised stirrer (TEFC motor)


* SS heaters to maintain a uniform temperature.


* Temp. Range : Amb. To 70°C


* Accuracy : + 0.2°C


* Resolution : 0.1°C


* Supplied with a turn table to hold 4 nos. of test cylinders.


* Supplied with Manufacturer’s calibration certificate traceable to NPL


TEST SYSTEM:


Constructed to emulsify one sample at a time. The unit is with a SS turn table to hold 4 samples which are maintained at the test temperature. They can be emulsified one by one.Supplied with 4 nos glass beakers with PTFE covers to hold the sample. The SS stirrer is held by a chuck and driven by a variable speed motor of 1500 RPM.
