* Microprocessor based PID controller, with LED Display, shows both process and set values.

* Heating element is installed throughout the outer surface of the tube for fast and uniform heating.

* Tiltable design to align the furnace Vertically, Horizontally Angularly as required, With separate control Box.

* High density Ceramic wool insulation.

* Thyristor based control instead of SSR for higher control precision and reduced power consumption.

* Various Tube sizes 50mm to 90mm ID available, OR as per customer requirements (Standard ID 50 / 70mm dia.)

* Programmable, Auto tuning, Precise Control, with 4 x 16 steps programing

* Outer Body M.S Powder coated

* Maximum Temperature Range : 900°C to 1300°C

* Control Accuracy : ± 5°C or 2%

* Thermocouple : K type / Pt-PtRh

* Operation on 230V Single Phase, 50 Hz., AC Mains / Operation on 440V Three Phase.
